Board Member Nominations Now Open for the 2026 Annual Meeting

Greetings Villages of Hidden Lake Owners,

The Association will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting on November 5, 2026, at 6:30 PM. While the official meeting notice will be distributed during the first week of October, we are currently accepting nominations for the three (3) open seats on the Board of Directors. The terms of the current Board members expire this year, and all three incumbents have indicated their intention to seek reelection.

Owners interested in serving on the Board of Directors are encouraged to submit the attached Board Member Nomination Form no later than September 28, 2026. Pursuant to the Association's Bylaws, candidates for the Board of Directors must be Members of the Association, and the Association may not restrict an Owner's right to run for a position on the Board.

Completed nomination forms may be submitted by email. If submitting by USPS, please allow sufficient mailing time to ensure your nomination is received by the deadline.

The official Annual Meeting Notice will be sent on October 1, 2026, and will include the list of candidates as well as details regarding the election process.
