Pool Parking Lot Resurfacing and Basketball Court Expansion Underway
Villages of Hidden Lake Neighbors, We are excited to announce that work has officially begun on the pool parking lot resurfacing project and the expansion of the basketball court.
Greetings Villages of Hidden Lake Neighbors,
We are excited to announce that work has officially begun on the pool parking lot resurfacing project and the expansion of the basketball court.
As part of this project, portions of the parking lot and surrounding areas will be temporarily closed to allow for repairs and new concrete installation. According to the contractor's schedule, the parking lot areas under construction will be closed beginning August 4, with the main parking lot expected to reopen on August 7. Concrete repair areas will remain closed through August 12 to allow the new concrete sufficient time to cure. The contractor has also indicated that the newly expanded basketball court area will remain closed until August 13 for curing.
After the concrete has fully cured, the sports court coating and new court striping will be completed approximately 30 days later to ensure the new concrete does not affect the quality and longevity of the court surface.
All residents and pool visitors are expected to observe the posted closure areas and construction schedule. Entering or driving in closed portions of the parking lot, basketball court, or construction areas may damage newly installed improvements and could delay completion of the project for the entire community. Any unauthorized access into closed construction areas will be investigated. Security cameras are in operation, and any damage caused to the new improvements may be reviewed using available video footage. Individuals determined to be responsible for damaging Association property may be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs.
We understand these temporary closures may cause some inconvenience, but these improvements will provide a safer, more attractive parking area and an enhanced recreational amenity for the community. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this work is completed.
