Greetings Villages of Hidden Lake Neighbors,
The Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM to review homeowner accounts that have met the Association's collection policy requirements for referral to the Association's attorney. Approximately 50 accounts will be reviewed and considered by the Board for further collection action related to past-due assessments.
This meeting is being called for this specific purpose only. No other Association business will be discussed or considered. The sole agenda item will be the review and possible approval of qualifying delinquent accounts for referral to the Association's legal counsel to continue collection efforts in accordance with the Association's governing documents and collection policy.
Owners are welcome to attend and observe the meeting. Additional meeting details and access information are provided below.
